ENLIGHTENMENT ON THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected and processed by MSC Gıda Ürünleri İnşaat Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“MSC Gıda” or the “Company”) are under the protection of MSC Gıda. Personal data are processed by MSC Gıda within the scope of this Clarification Text in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and its secondary regulations and other legislation on the protection of personal data.
Personal data means any information that makes your identity identified or identifiable in accordance with KVKK. Your personal data processed by the Company, the purposes for which they are processed, the recipient groups to which they can be transferred, the method of collection, the legal reason and your rights regarding the personal data in question are listed below.

Ensuring Physical Space Security: Visitor entry and exit record information, CCTV,
Your Transaction Safety Information: IP address information, log records.
C.II. PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If you visit the MSC Gida premises, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the relevant legislation; Ensuring the safety of the space Keeping a door pass report, Carrying out security scans of the persons coming to the building, Informing the law enforcement forces in case of a crime or violation of law Provision of guest wireless internet network.

Your personal data may be shared with with judicial authorities or law enforcement forces if requested pursuant to relevant legislation, for the purposes given under the heading C.II and within the scope of the provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data.
C.IV. LEGAL REASON FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND METHOD OF COLLECTION
Your personal data are collected, stored and processed automatically and non-automatically, and physically, in written, verbal or via CCTV camera in case you visit MSC Gida premises, under the above-mentioned purposes and based on the excusatory reasons listed in article 5 and 8 of KVKK and given below.

You can personally submit by hand by identifying yourself or via notary public your questions and requests regarding your personal data by addressing to Balmumc Mah. Barbaros Bulv. Morbasan Sok. Koza İş Merkezi C Blok No:14 Balmumcu/Istanbul with a petition drawn up in accordance with the conditions specified in the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Application to Data Controller. Beside this, you may send electronic mail to mscgidaas@hs01.kep.tr, which is registered electronic mail address, or to kvkk@mixmey.com electronic mail address, by using secure electronic signature and mobile signature or electronic mail address, which was previously notified to our company and confirmed by us and recorded in our company system.
ABOUT THE POLICY
This Policy will be applicable as of the date of publication of it by MSC Gida. MSC Gida may amend this Policy at any time if necessary. Amendments to be made by MSC Gida will become effective upon the publishing the Policy at www.mixmey.com
